Tuition Rates 
Full-Time:  $210/week 

(Full-time is 4 or more days a week)

Part-Time:  $180 (3 days a week) 

                         $145 (2 days a week)
(Part-Time is very limited)


Enrollment Forms

Here are the forms that are required for enrollment.  If you have decided to enroll in our program, please print them out and have them ready to turn in on your child's first day of school.

Additional Documents Needed

 

The following additional documents will be due before your child starts our program.  Please have them turned in no later than drop off on your child's first day of school.

* Your child's most recent vaccine history

​

* Health Statement from your child's primary care physician

​

* Your child's most recent vision and hearing test screening (children 4 years and up)
